9209 Lakeshore Drive

On the shores of Green Lake is 9209 Lakeshore Drive, the waterfront home of your dreams. The 3-story, west coast contemporary is 4778 sf of custom design excellence.

In the main home, there are 5 bedrooms/4 baths. Over the garage is a detached, 1-bedroom revenue suite, so there is plenty of room for all your friends and family to enjoy lake life at its finest.

This stunning waterfront home was custom designed with two things in mind: lake and mountain views. Facing east, you'll enjoy your morning coffee in the kitchen, master bedroom or one of the many decks, as the sun crests over Arm Chair Glacier and Wedge Mountain. Likewise, at the end of the day, you'll relish in the amber alpenglow that engulfs the same mountain range as the sun sets.

Custom designed by the current owners and built in 2014, 9209 Lakeshore Drive has everything you'd want in a lakefront home.

Its lakeside has a generous 91' of shoreline, with a grass yard that rolls out like a green carpet into the glacier-fed lake, known for its emerald waters. The foreshore features a large, private dock that is detachable from the gangway, making it mobile, so it doubles as a party barge. The dock is equipped with an outboard, 6HP motor. Meet your neighbors on the lake for happy hour at the popular "Coconut Cove," near the Green River. The dock is also the perfect hockey bench in the winter. An outdoor shower will be a welcomed rinse after waterskiing, dock barging or jumping from the nearby cliffs. On the shore's edge, there is a custom boat storage rack to keep your toys ready to go at a moment's notice.

Inside the home, it is loaded with beautiful powder-coated steel and unique design details. The residence has radiant heat throughout, as well as polished concrete floors, which perfectly compliment the industrial steel elements. Each floor has its own fireplace—two gas and one roaring, wood-burning Rumford fireplace in the living room. Outside, there is a lakeside, stone fire-pit to keep you warm while you watch the shooting stars.

Its gourmet kitchen—the heart of the home—is a chef's magnum opus. Designed by Atelier Nouveau in Vancouver, the kitchen was recognized regionally for its superior design in a Sub Zero/Wolf competition in 2014. The kitchen has two stainless steel sinks, a quad burner Wolf Stove with a French Top and a double oven, as well as a Sub Zero Pro 48 and a separate wine/beverage fridge. Like the rest of the house, there are powder-coated steel elements integrated throughout the kitchen.

The home's exterior is sided with gorgeous clear cedar, custom detailed with black stripping. Also in cedar: the walls of the lake-level wine cellar. The interior doors—including the front door—are custom-built and detailed with a 3-panel, powder-coated steel design.

This beautiful home—which sits on a 9440 sf lot—is still under its 10 year warranty. In addition to all the wonderful things included, this home is only a 5 minute drive to the village. It is hot tub-wired and smart-home wired, as well as solar-ready. And, it is on the only lake in town where you can have a motor boat and where you can dock your float plane right in your backyard.
